Ventura County Community Foundation (VCCF) has graciously been supporting our community through this process. Because of the limited resources of our neighborhood and the matching requirement of the federal grant for the Pilot Channel, VCCF has agreed to be our non-profit partner for the matching funds and is receiving both donations and various community grants to support this effort.
